About Ours
Last updated: 2026-10-02
Ours is a medication reminder app for iOS and Android. This page explains what the app does, what it does not do, who makes it and how to reach us.
What Ours does
Ours keeps one part of your day in order: the doses you have to take. You add a medication, set the times that suit you and Ours reminds you the moment a dose is due. Each reminder offers three honest answers: taken, snoozed or skipped. The app records what you choose.
Underneath the simple screens is the part that is actually hard. Schedules can be daily, on selected weekdays, at fixed intervals, as needed, or in cycles such as 21 days on and 7 days off. A refill counter follows your remaining supply and warns you before the last pill rather than after it. Travel across time zones and daylight saving changes keep each schedule where it belongs.
What Ours does not do
Ours is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it never decides anything about your treatment for you. It does not choose doses, does not change a prescription and never marks a dose as taken on your behalf.
For every question about a medication, a dose or a side effect, talk to a doctor or a pharmacist. Ours is the reminder, not the physician.
Who makes Ours
Ours is an independent product. The app, this website and the reminder service behind them are designed, built and operated by the Ours team. There is no hospital, no pharmacy chain and no advertising network behind the brand.
We are open about the parts that matter to you: what the app collects, what it does with it and how to remove it. The privacy policy is written to be read, not to be survived.
How Ours is paid for
Ours is free to start. Reminders, schedules and your history cost nothing. The paid tier adds backup and sync across devices, unlimited medications and care circle sharing.
There is no advertising in Ours and there will not be any. We do not sell health data and we do not pass it to data brokers. Subscriptions keep the service running, which is why the app has no reason to look at what you take.
Your data
Core reminders work offline, so a lost connection never costs you a dose. With a subscription your data is backed up and synced, so a new phone restores your routine instead of resetting it.
You can export your history and delete your account and its data from inside the app. If you would rather we did it, write to us.
Getting in touch
Support is read by people, not by a bot. Write through the support form or to the address at the end of this page and we will answer in English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Arabic or Japanese.
We read every message about a bug, a confusing screen or a missing feature, and those messages decide what we build next.
